Calm Focus with Sipping Matcha

Sometimes simple is best: When it comes to matcha, sipping tea comes out trumps.

The key for great sipping matcha is using a quality ceremonial grade matcha & not over heating the water.

For best results, we recommend using our Haru | Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha.  The amount you use, is directly related to how strong you like your tea - we recommend 1/4 tsp - 1/2 tsp of matcha.


  1. Sift matcha in to your chawan (Bowl)
  2. Add hot water (approximately 70°C)
  3. Using a chasen (bamboo whisk), whisk briskly in a zig zag motion until a fine foam forms on top (approximately 15 ~ 30 seconds)
  4. Relax and enjoy
