Recommended Serving Size

  • Mild (Usui): 1/4 tsp (<1g) - Best served straight
  • Medium: 1/2 tsp (1.5g) - Ideal for lattes or sipping
  • Strong (Koi): 1 tsp (>3g) - For smoothies or intense flavor

How to Prepare

Simply add 1/2 tsp (1.5g) of matcha to a bowl (chawan). Add 80ml of hot water (approx. 80°C). Whisk in a zig-zag motion until a fine lather forms. Relax and enjoy.

  • New Zealand: We offer free shipping via NZ Post Overnight courier for orders over $55.
