Delight in its delicate flavour and be whisked away to a place of tranquility and peace. Each leaf is picked with utmost care during the Spring, when they are most soft and sweet, and then carefully steamed and dried before being patiently stone ground.

Our organic matcha is rich in umami flavours and its vivid green colour speaks to its superior quality. Its bold, full-bodied flavour is best enjoyed with just water, hot or cold. A perfect drink for everyday indulgence!

Recommended Serving Size

  • MILD (Usui) - Straight: 1/4 tsp (<1gm)
  • MEDIUM - Latte, Sipping: 1/2 tsp (1.5 gm)
  • STRONG (Koi) - Smoothie, Sipping, Latte: 1 tsp (>3 gm)

Serving Suggestion

Simply add 1/2 tsp. of matcha to a cup or bowl (chawan).  Add ~80 ml of hot water (~80 degrees).  Whisk until lather forms.  Relax & enjoy.

Additional Information

This product has JONA organic certification issued by JAS.  To achieve this level of certification, the crop and processes relating to producing the matcha, need to have been chemical free for 4 years of operation.

Amazing!

This is the best matcha I have found. It is a very vibrant green colour - unlike the matcha you can get elsewhere which is bad quality. I love it with a bit of honey and vanilla essence and any type of milk. Amazing! zero sugar is needed with this ceremonial grade matcha!

Perfection!

I am in love with this ceremonial grade matcha!! I go through 2 bags in 2 weeks because I drink it twice a day. I LOVE making iced matcha with oat milk and will forever keep ordering this matcha only. Amazing quality & taste and the shipping is the fastest I’ve ever seen! 1 day it takes. Truly Organic

Superb high quality grade of matcha. Definitely will re-order. In terms of matcha flavour, it has zero bitterness nor after taste. It is smooth & naturally sweet. It smells earthy & sweet like a milo powder. Matcha has a vibrant green that proves of its quality.

Yummy!

This is the first ceremonial matcha I've ever tried and it's so yum! It's got a slight sweetness and a soft taste. It's my favourite drink to start my day with. :) Definitely recommend!
