Subscription & Purchase Option Policy
1. Subscription Flexibility
We want your matcha & collagen ritual to be stress-free. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your [Customer Account Portal] or by clicking the "Manage Subscription" link in your latest order email.
2. Cancellation Window

Monthly/Recurring Subscriptions: To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date.

Pre-Orders: You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before the item has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, our standard Return Policy applies.
3. No Exit Fees
There are no hidden fees or "minimum terms" for our standard subscriptions. If you cancel, you will still receive any orders that have already been processed and paid for; the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
4. Automated Reminders
To ensure you are never "trapped," we will send you an email reminder 3 days before each renewal (for monthly plans) or 14 days before (for annual plans). These emails contain a direct, one-click link to pause or cancel.
5. Refunds on Cancellations
If a cancellation is made after a payment has been processed but before the order has shipped, please contact us immediately. While we do not charge a cancellation fee, merchant processing fees (approx. 3%) may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.
