Our collagen is made in Japan by a long-established collagen specialist with decades of expertise. It's made from food-grade fish scale and skin, gently broken down with natural enzymes into fine peptides, then purified and dried, with nothing else added.

How to use
Stir 5g (2 scoops) into a little warm water, around 50°C, until the granules have fully dissolved. Then drink it as is, or add it to any drink, hot or cold. It's lovely in a matcha latte, coffee, tea, smoothie or porridge.
For cold drinks
Dissolve the collagen in a splash of warm water first, then stir it into cold water, iced matcha or a smoothie. Added straight to cold liquid, the granules won't dissolve properly.
Matcha collagen latte
Whisk 2g of matcha with 30–40ml of hot water until smooth, then stir in 5g of collagen until dissolved. Top with 150–200ml of warm milk.
A scoop is included with your first order only, to help reduce plastic waste.

Why won't it dissolve in cold water?
The granules need warmth to melt. Dissolve the collagen in a little warm water (around 50°C) first, then add it to your cold drink.
Does it taste fishy?
No. It's neutral and virtually odourless, and once dissolved most people can't taste it at all.
