How to make Salted Caramel Matcha Bliss Balls


Bliss Balls

  • 1 cup Dates (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Almond Meal
  • 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1/4 tsp salt

    Matcha Chocolate Coating

    • 100g White Chocolate Melts
    • ~1/2 tsp Matcha (alternatively try Houjicha)


    1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until combined.  If mixture is too dry to hold together, add a tablespoon of water and blend further.
    2. Take a small amount of mixture (1/2 tablespoon) and roll into balls.  Tip: Roll with damp hands
    3. Melt white chocolate
    4. Add matcha to white chocolate & mix until combined
    5. Drizzle or roll bliss balls in chocolate
    6. Place in fridge to set for 15 minutes
