Recommended Serving Size

  • MILD (Usui) - Straight: 1/2 tsp (~1g)
  • MEDIUM - Latte, Sipping: 1 tsp (2g)
  • STRONG (Koi) - Smoothie, Sipping, Latte: 1+ tsp (>3 gm)

Serving Suggestion

Simply add 1 tsp (2g) of matcha to a cup or bowl (chawan).  Add ~80 ml of hot water (not boiling) (~80 degrees).  Whisk until lather forms.  Relax & enjoy.

    Nice matcha and great service

    I had bought Haru match from Wabi in the past and really liked it. So, I pre-ordered some more.
    When it arrived Wabi reached out to me letting me know the quality was not as good as their earlier shipment and offered me an alternative. I appreciated that. And am enjoying the Eiko.

    Matcha like no other!

    The most gorgeous Ceremonial Grade Matcha I have tried to date 💛🍵
    If you quest for the best Matcha possible, give this one a go… I’m sure you will quickly place an order for a back up supply 😊
    Smooth, silky, a volume or flavour with a hint of natural sweetness. No bitter aftertaste at all!

    I really enjoyed this matcha. Delicious as an usucha as it's not bitter at all and has the slightest natural sweetness. Would defintely purchase again when they're in stock ;-)
