How to Prepare

For the perfect bowl, add 1 tsp (2g) of Eiko matcha to a chawan. Add 80ml of hot water (approx. 80°C—not boiling). Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until a thick, creamy lather forms. Relax and enjoy the pinnacle of matcha.
