  • MILD (Usui) - Straight: 1/4 tsp (<1gm)
  • MEDIUM - Latte, Sipping: 1/2 tsp (1.5 gm)

Serving Suggestion

Simply add 1/2 tsp. of matcha to a cup or bowl (chawan).  Add ~80 ml of hot water (~80 degrees).  Whisk until lather forms.  Relax & enjoy.

This product has JONA organic certification issued by JAS.  To achieve this level of certification, the crop and processes relating to producing the matcha, need to have been chemical free for 4 years of operation.

    this one is so good! i drink matcha a lot so i would say this one is good, smooth and mellow. this is good enough to drink by itself without milk, or any sugar as it isn't bitter. if you're gonna make a latte with this, use less milk and add up your grams. overall will repurchase again! i am sooo obsessed with this
