I really enjoy this matcha.
Slightly floral tones and very bright green with a fresh umami flavour.
Good for both うす茶 usucha and latte. Though,to be honest I prefer this product without milk.
Only thing I don't really like is the packet. I realise it is more efficient to post in these almost flat envelopes but would prefer a tin.
A tin is better than a cardboard box as I keep my 抹茶 in the fridge.
Having tried several brands of matcha, this is by far the smoothest, most enjoyable I've had so far. No residue in the bottom, no grassy taste... Will be a repeat customer for sure!
