To preserve the integrity of the vacuum seal between the glass walls, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Hand Wash Only: Gently rinse with warm, soapy water after each use.
  • Not Microwave Safe: Avoid use in the microwave or oven.
  • Not Dishwasher Safe: High-pressure cycles can compromise the air-seal at the base.
  • Soft Handling: Avoid using metal spoons that may scratch or impact the inner wall.

Shipping & Returns

We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. To ensure efficient processing, please be advised of our dispatch schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: Orders received by 2:00 PM NZST will be dispatched the same business day.
  • Saturday: Orders received by midday (12:00 PM) NZST will be dispatched on Saturday.
  • Sunday: Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on the following business day (Monday).

Shipping Information:

  • New Zealand: We offer free shipping via NZ Post Overnight courier for orders over $55. 
  • Australia: Free shipping is available on orders over $85 AUD and are sent via International Tracked Courier.  For orders under this threshold, shipping is $22.50 AUD.
  • International: For customers outside New Zealand and Australia, please contact us to find out your specific rates.
