How to Use

Place the sifter over your Chawan (bowl). Use your bamboo scoop to gently push 1–2 scoops of matcha through the mesh. Once the fine powder is in the bowl, add your 80°C water and whisk as usual.

We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. To ensure efficient processing, please be advised of our dispatch schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: Orders received by 2:00 PM NZST will be dispatched the same business day.
  • Saturday: Orders received by midday (12:00 PM) NZST will be dispatched on Saturday.
  • Sunday: Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched on the following business day (Monday).

Shipping Information:

  • New Zealand: We offer free shipping via NZ Post Overnight courier for orders over $55. 
  • Australia: Free shipping is available on orders over $85 AUD and are sent via International Tracked Courier.  For orders under this threshold, shipping is $22.50 AUD.
  • International: For customers outside New Zealand and Australia, please contact us to find out your specific rates.
